These triggers may include chronic stress, infection, poor diet and nutrition, prescription medication, hormone imbalance, emotional trauma, inflammatory processes, and environmental toxins, all of which can effect your gut health. Poor gut health can then lead to changes throughout the entire body — inflammation, toxicity, hormone balance, immune response, brain inflammation, mood changes, allergies, decreased metabolism, weight gain, or unintentional weight loss.
It takes time to do the detective work to untangle and identify these possible triggers. Instead of simply prescribing something to manage the symptoms and move onto the next 10-minute visit, we at LiveWell Gastroenterology want to partner with you to transform your health. We take the time with you to uncover these road blocks of your health and serve as your guide to the path to live well.
We offer monthly to semimonthly visits with Dr. DiChiara and your Health and Nutrition coach (Standard & Premium Memberships), educational classes, group virtual visits, and community support to empower you to regain your body’s normal function.

* All New Patients pay an initial $349 Consultation Fee, regardless of membership option.
Membership fees are in addition to this initial, new-patient consultation fee and start 2 weeks after this New Patient Visit.
** Functional labs are an additional cost. Labs typically range from $200-450 each. Common to spend $400-800 on labs. Dr. DiChiara will recommend which labs would be best for you.
*** If membership is canceled, a $99 enrollment fee is charged at re-enrollment. Beyond 18 months, a New Consult Appointment needs to be scheduled for re-enrollment into membership.
Regular visit fees: $299 for 30 minutes; $549 for 60 minutes.
Only previous members or current members can schedule a la carte visits.
